Most international orders are shipped with USPS (priority mail/parcel post or first class mail ) international packages can take up to 14 - 21 days for delivery.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
reidsboutique.com ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Properly completed orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Most orders placed before 2:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST, on weekends, or US Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.There is no 20-30 days waiting period on your order

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
DO I HAVE TO PAY THE POSTAGE FOR RETURNED AND EXCHANGED ITEMS?

We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost in transit. reidsboutique.com will not be responsible for returns lost during shipping.

All gift cards, gift certificates, swimwear, underwear, body jewelry, clearance merchandise and items purchased 30 days prior to returning or exchanging may not be returned for a refund or exchange. Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns and exchanges.

WHY CAN'T I FIND MY SIZE?
All available sizes for a particular item are displayed on the product detail page. If it isn't on the site, it isn't in stock.
ARE ITEMS EVER BACK ORDERED?
We keep all of our products in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain item or size of a design. We will usually receive the product back in stock within 1-3 weeks. If your order contains more than one item out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until the product is back in stock and your order is complete. Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
